Records and case documentation are reviewed following instruction to confirm suitability and anticipated completion timescale.

Report Preparation

Reports are prepared independently and, where applicable, in accordance with CPR Part 35 requirements.

Further Work

Supplementary reports, conferences with Counsel, clarification work, joint discussions and Court attendance may be undertaken where required.
